It's hard to believe that three years ago, I was laying here, anxiously awaiting my scheduled c-section to meet our new son or daughter. I remember not sleeping real well the night before. It was November 1, 2006. The night before was Halloween, so we dressed Amelia up in her cute bunny costume and took her down to the nursing home in
Waterville to visit Annie, then we went out for dinner at Godfather's Pizza and back home to wait for my my and my Grandma to arrive, as they were going to be staying with Miss Amelia while I was in the hospital.

This is who we were blessed blessed with on November 1, 2006 at 9:26 am. Paul Francis weighed in a a whopping 9 pounds, 1 oz and was 20-1/2 inches long. Wasn't he cute? I loved his dark hair and his chubby cheeks. This picture was taking when he was only a few hours old! Oh how I miss that
snugly little bundle that he once was. He was really a good baby. He took to nursing easily, he was a good sleeper almost immediately, didn't have a lot of needs, he was just overall a real easy baby, not that Amelia wasn't easy, he was definitely different that she was as an infant. Just proves how every baby/person is different and that no two babies are the same!

That first year came and went so fast! I can't believe how quickly my baby boy changed and grew up! The year between my when they turn one and two is a very fun period of time. Newborn stage is still my absolute favorite, but between one and two years of age is my second favorite age. They learn so much in that second year of life, it's amazing!

His third year of life he definitely lived up to the name on his shirt "Mr Mischief". He's one busy little boy. Last December he moved from his crib to a big boy bed within a month of our big move. Also in December of last year he had his first visit to the
ER. Hard to believe he's growing up already!

Here is Mr Paul on his 3rd Birthday in Duluth aka "The Big Boat Place", Paul's favorite thing to do in Duluth is to watch the boats come in and throw rocks into the lake.
Can't wait to see what his fourth year of life has in store for us!
